Our platform was founded by Joel Sanders, CCIM, CPM in 2009 during the depths of the Great Recession and has operated over 4,000 apartment units. Many of those properties were turnaround asset management situations. We are led by cycle-tested, cycle-proven career multifamily professionals with an active, hands-on entrepreneurial approach.

While being able to think, communicate, and execute on a sophisticated level, Realstone has local relationships and knowledge in markets continually overlooked by many sophisticated owners and operators. We also have an intense focus on a select handful of defined markets, which allows us to know those markets well and execute quickly on compelling opportunities when identified.
